About Us

Reagan Rae Athletic Wear was created by Sarah and named after her daughter, Reagan, whose name means “little ruler.” Designed for dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, and anyone who loves to shine, the brand grew out of Sarah’s passion for movement, style, and celebrating every stage of the journey.

Sarah began dancing at just two years old in Anaheim, California. She went on to earn a degree in Dance and Management from the University of California, Irvine, and performed with renowned artists including Debbie Allen, Loretta Livingston, and Donald McKayle. After dancing at Disneyland and continuing her studies, Sarah moved across the country to Michigan. Dance stayed close to her heart — from teaching toddlers to teens to leading fitness classes — even as she pursued a law degree at Cooley Law School, Western Michigan University.

In 2011, Sarah and her mother, Beverly, opened a boutique offering personalized gifts. That venture evolved into Monogram That, a go-to source for custom teamwear for dance studios, cheer squads, and gymnastics gyms. Along the way, Sarah noticed a need for high-quality athletic wear in bold, glittery colors, along with fun, trendy printed shirts and sweatshirts for competition weekends — perfect for dancers, dance moms, and even dance grandmas.

That spark led to Reagan Rae — an athletic and lifestyle line designed to help every performer and supporter feel like the star of the show. With sizes from toddler 2T to women’s 3X, Reagan Rae outfits everyone who loves to move, sparkle, and cheer from the sidelines.
