CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash garments inside out in cold water. Hang dry for best results.

SHIPPING:

For all standard orders, allow 5-7 business days for production. Standard shipping takes 1-5 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Yes you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Or you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. Only during promotions where "Final Sale" is indicated on the product page are the items not returnable.

DISCOUNTS ON LARGE ORDERS:

We do offer discounts on large orders of a minimum of 30 pieces. Discounted items have to be ordered at the same time and included in one shipment. They cannot be broken up and shipped separately. If you plan to place a large order and would like to discuss a discount, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to reward you for your love of Reagan Rae.

CUSTOMIZING:
